These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this website and the appointment booking process operated by KWM Partners, LLC (“KWM Partners”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using this site, submitting a form, or booking a call, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. The information here is aimed at United States residents, and our advisory and insurance services are offered only where KWM Partners, LLC and its representatives are appropriately registered, licensed or exempt.

This website is marketing and educational material. Nothing on it is personalized investment, insurance, tax, accounting or legal advice, and nothing here is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, insurance product or contract. Advice is only given after we understand your circumstances and a written agreement is in place.

The Complimentary Retirement Strategy Analysis is complimentary, lasts 60 minutes, is held on Google Meet, and creates no obligation on either side. Appointments require at least 1 day of notice and are available Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm CT · Saturday, 9:00am–1:00pm CT.

Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule, using the link in your invite or by emailing michael.collins@kwmpartners.com. We may reschedule or decline an appointment, including where the information provided suggests our services are not a fit.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate, complete and your own to share, and that you will update us if it changes. Our recommendations depend on it. Please do not submit account numbers, passwords or Social Security numbers through this website. Information you provide is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

By providing your email address and telephone number you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including appointment confirmations, reminders and, where you have agreed, marketing messages, by email, telephone and text message including automated messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by unsubscribing or replying STOP.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Texas will have jurisdiction, except where a dispute is subject to arbitration or a regulatory process required by law or by a written client agreement.
